Unfortunately  an invalid or inconclusive result might result from many different factors not related to the urine such as a lost or misplaced or mishandled sample, It could also be an equipment issue/failure, paperwork issue and so on (the lab won't accept their error, they'll just say you had an invalid result come back and test again). Unfortunately invalid results do happen but rest assured they aren't related to the solutions quality.
